Many drivers find blind spots to be quite tricky. Besides, the blind spots become more annoying if you have to tow large trailers behind your car because they will increase in number. At Hutch Ford Lincoln we offer you the Ford’s Blind Spot Information System that combines the monitoring of blind spots, alerts on cross traffic, and trailer coverage to ease your burden of having to turn around to observe any incoming vehicles when driving.

BLIS uses taillight-hidden radars to monitor any vehicles in the vehicle’s blind spot. You will observe yellow signal flashes on the side mirrors that alert on incoming cars. The lights stay until the car gets out of the region. The area of detection is wide up to 10 feet.

You can attach additional BLIS in the trailer’s attachable taillights when towing. BLIS turns on whenever you start your car and move at any speed above three mph in a forward direction.
